Welcome to The Bombastyc Collective!


We aim to ship your first box within a week of your first payment, we will then ship the ongoing subscription boxes within a week of your recurring payments. You will be sent an email confirmation of the order and the tracking information once shipped. All UK shipments are posted second class signed and you will be provided a tracking number. For Ireland they are posted second class not signed.


Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise specified.

You are free to cancel your subscription at any time with 24hours’ notice.  If you wish to cancel an annual payment mid-way through we will refund you the remaining on goods not received.

Credit Card Security

For additional security we use Stripe.com to process all orders and do not store any credit card information on our servers.

Limitations of Liability

The Company is not responsible for any injury incurred from using or abusing our products or our suppliers’ products. Please look over the ingredients in the products carefully and be aware of any issues commonly associated with eating food products, spicy foods, and hot sauces. You agree that for any liability related to the purchase of product, the Company is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the amount invoiced for the applicable product.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Bombastyc online account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Bombastyc account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorised use, or suspected unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. Bombastyc cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements.
