How To Return An Item
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or returns unless your item is damaged. If your item is damaged, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a replacement or a refund. Once we have received your damaged item, we will aim to offer your refund or replacement within three days.
You must return the item within 7 days of your purchase.
- Please email email@example.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.
- Mail your returned item to: 23 Northumberland Close Nottingham, NG3 1NW
- Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Items can not be returned if they have been opened.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
