How To Return An Item

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or returns unless your item is damaged. If your item is damaged, please contact to arrange a replacement or a refund. Once we have received your damaged item, we will aim to offer your refund or replacement within three days. 

You must return the item within 7 days of your purchase. 

  • Please email to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.
  • Mail your returned item to:  23 Northumberland Close Nottingham, NG3 1NW
  • Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Items can not be returned if they have been opened.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
